From June 1 - September Labor Day) our rates are $160 a day ( minimum of 7 days).

From Labor Day - May 31st, we have a minimum stay of 3 days with a daily rate of $125 a night.

There is a $100 cleaning fee and a pet deposit of $200, refunded 7 days after the cleaning on the day check out.
